Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Predict.info platform — including the prediction market interface, wallet authentication services, API endpoints, and any associated content — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Platform. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Platform is not available to persons located in, resident in, or incorporated under the laws of the following jurisdictions (“Restricted Jurisdictions”):

• The United States of America and its territories
• The United Kingdom (for regulated prediction market activities)
• All jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by OFAC, the UN Security Council, the EU, or equivalent bodies, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
• Any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Platform would constitute a violation of applicable law

We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time, including through IP-based geo-blocking. Circumventing these restrictions through the use of VPNs or other tools is a breach of these Terms.

Sanctions Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other relevant authority, and that use of the Platform by you would not violate any applicable sanctions programme.

Wallet Authentication

Access to the Platform is provided through a non-custodial wallet authentication mechanism. You connect your own wallet (e.g. MetaMask, WalletConnect, or any EIP-1193 compatible provider) and authenticate by signing a cryptographic challenge. No password or email is stored by us.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including your private keys, seed phrases, and any hardware security devices. We have no ability to recover, restore, or reset access to any wallet. Loss of your private key means permanent loss of access.

Non-Custodial Model

Predict.info operates as a non-custodial platform. Funds deposited through the Platform are not held in accounts controlled by us. Settlement and withdrawal are executed through smart contracts on public blockchains. We do not have the technical ability to freeze, confiscate, or redirect your funds except where explicitly required by applicable law.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, security incidents, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at our discretion.

Market Structure

The Platform provides access to binary prediction markets. Each market poses a specific question with a YES or NO outcome. Users may buy YES or NO shares at prices that reflect the crowd’s probability estimate of the outcome occurring.

Pricing

Share prices are denominated in USDC and range between $0.01 and $0.99, reflecting the implied probability of the YES outcome. A price of $0.70 for a YES share means the market implies a 70% probability that the event will occur. Prices are determined by market supply and demand and may not accurately predict actual outcomes.

Settlement

When a market resolves, winning shares pay out $1.00 USDC per share. Losing shares expire at $0.00. Resolution is governed by the binding resolution rule published for each market prior to opening. The resolution rule specifies the exact condition, primary evidence source, and fallback source required to settle the outcome.

Resolution Authority

Markets are resolved by the Platform operator or a staked reporter network as specified in the market’s resolution rule. Operator resolution decisions are final unless a dispute is raised within the published dispute window. We reserve the right to delay or void resolution in the event of ambiguous outcomes, data unavailability, or extraordinary circumstances.

Market Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any market and return funds to participants at the operator’s discretion, including in cases of: insufficient liquidity, resolution source failure, events that become impossible to evaluate, or regulatory requirements.

The Platform accepts deposits in USDC on supported blockchain networks as configured by the operator. Deposits are attributed to your wallet address following on-chain confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring you send the correct asset on the correct network. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.

Withdrawals are processed to your connected wallet address on the supported network. Withdrawal requests are subject to network confirmation times and any applicable on-chain gas fees, which are borne by you. We do not charge a platform-level withdrawal fee.

We reserve the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in the event of a security incident, regulatory requirement, suspicious activity investigation, or system maintenance. We will provide notice of any extended delay where reasonably practicable.

• Trading fee: A 2% fee is applied to net winnings at settlement. No fee is charged to open or close a position prior to resolution.
• Deposit fee: Deposits are free. On-chain transaction fees are paid directly to the network by you at the time of the deposit transaction.
• Withdrawal fee: No platform withdrawal fee is charged. On-chain gas fees are borne by you.
• Zero-fee tier: Users who hold $PREDICTION tokens above the minimum staking threshold may qualify for zero trading fees, subject to the applicable token holder programme terms.

We reserve the right to modify fees at any time with reasonable notice. Fee changes will not apply retroactively to positions already open at the time of the change.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct in connection with the Platform:

• Access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or as a US person
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Engage in market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, or coordinated trading designed to artificially move share prices
• Exploit resolution processes by trading on non-public information that you know will influence resolution outcomes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its infrastructure, or any other user’s account
• Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the Platform in a manner that degrades performance or bypasses access controls, except through our official API with proper authorisation
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), or sanctions laws
• Transmit any malicious code, virus, or disruptive component
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the interface design, source code, market data, brand assets, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Predict Info AI Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

Market data, probability feeds, and resolution information displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy of probability prices displayed on the Platform, which reflect market sentiment and not any guarantee of outcomes.

Blockchain networks, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency assets involve inherent risks including technical vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and market volatility. We are not responsible for losses arising from these risks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREDICT INFO AI LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Predict Info AI Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre (“BVI IAC”). The seat of arbitration shall be Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice through the Platform where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
